Women at Work Reflection Group
We are running a small, closed group of women who meet and share their struggles, disappointments, lessons learned, experiences, and of course, success. We learn from each other, support each other, and provide helpful, professional input on topics of emotional experiences at work and personal development to take away and implement in your working life.
We talk about rejections at work, entrepreneurship, family-work relations, patterns of behavior and beliefs holding us back, being without work or having too much work, not getting along with leaders or coworkers, how to gain more self-esteem, how to negotiate better, understanding your emotions or anything else bothering you and holding you back.
At the moment, I am putting together a new group; usually, we meet every two weeks for three months. Great new connections are made, new perspectives gained, and inevitably we grow our mindset.
As payment, you are donating 10€ per meetup to the #Uella nonprofit organization for supporting women in business.
The dates will be discussed after the group is formed.
