A Word from Our Founder

Dear readers, entrepreneurs, lawmakers and legislators, members of the press and other influencers,

Welcome. My greatest joy is that I can finally present my project, which with a lot of passion, swirled through my mind long before it came into the form of a non-profit organization.

Being a woman has gained new social consensus dimensions in recent times, and being a female entrepreneur is a privilege. In many countries, female entrepreneurship is merely a vision that does not reflect reality. However, in too many cases, female founders face far too much bias, prejudice, and systemic discrimination that prevents them from the progress and success they deserve. We are often the biggest obstacle to ourselves on the path to success because we repeat outdated beliefs that are often not even ours; we have picked them up somewhere along the way.

I think that women are crucial in renewing the after COVID economic world. That is why I want to use this organization’s legal form to enable as many women as possible worldwide to overcome their fears, social limitations, and discrimination and enter the market with their talents and knowledge. By no means do I think that women should rebuild the world on their own but come to a decent parallel place with their male counterparts. And I am infinitely optimistic. And persistent.

The idea is to use my knowledge and experience to help overcome critical moments in the path of entrepreneurship. I hope to raise enough funds to invite my colleagues, organizational psychologists, therapists, and other experts from around the world to participate. My goal is to set up an organization that will be accessible to every woman entrepreneur in the world who wants to make a difference. 

The entrepreneurial path is full of emotions, ups and downs, and too often surrender and loneliness. Humans are social beings, and talking to someone during challenging times makes a difference.
